I love how this story reminds us to be thankful for the blessings that God has given us. We are blessed with so much sometimes we for get to be grateful.
I would recommend this book to parents, grandparents, and caregivers who are determined to make every precious moment count. Proverbs 226 says "train up a child in the way he should go, And when he is old he will not depart from it." The author accomplishes this goal in a beautifully written and illustrated book easy for children to understand that creates lasting precious moments and lessons that will never be forgotten.
This is a great book and an awesome way to help teach children the importance of being Thankful! It is short enough to keep their attention but enough to get the point across. I love the illustrations in the book and the author did an amazing job! I can't wait to read the others once released!!!
I was instantly drawn to the relatable book cover illustration and the simple, yet powerful title. I love the invitation to create "Sopha Time" with our kids and loved ones. Teachable moments of biblical truths woven with present day application is so powerful. This book is creative, inspiring, and will definetly advance The Kingdom of God. My family really enjoyed this book. It allowed my sons to see another family sitting down and having “God” time in a way that they are used to. They enjoyed the pictures, especially the Jesus pillow. Thankfulness was a good tool for me, as well, because I was able to read the story and pause to discuss and ask questions just as the author did in the book. It was easy to read. I loved how it told the story from the Bible and gave realistic examples that helped the children understand. Thank you for sharing your story with us. We’re definitely looking forward to more from this series.
